- Two manager training sessions a year - up to two hours each, prepared and delivered on what your managers need most: absence management, difficult conversations, employment law changes

This is for you if: you're running a real management team, you want someone thinking ahead rather than just responding, and you'd like your managers to get better at this.

Call, text, WhatsApp or email - whatever's easiest. I work Monday to Friday and I'll come back to you as quickly as I can, usually the same day. If something's urgent, say so and it goes to the top of the pile.
Everything is remote - phone, WhatsApp and Zoom. That's deliberate, and it's part of what keeps this affordable.
