This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Cue HR uses on cuehr.co.uk and in the client portal.
What we use
Strictly necessary - session cookies (cuehr.session, cuehr.role), 2FA pending cookie (cuehr.2fa.pending), CSRF and locale preference (NEXT_LOCALE). Set only after login or explicit user action. No consent required under PECR because they are essential to provide the service you requested.
No analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracker on the marketing site by default. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible) we will publish an update here and add a consent banner if the tool sets cookies.
No advertising cookies.
Third parties
Payment processing, if applicable to your plan, is handled by third parties whose cookies live on their domains, not ours.
Embedded content (e.g., a Loom video in a knowledge-base article) may set cookies when you play it. We only embed content from providers we trust; the specific provider is listed under each embed.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. Clearing cuehr.session will sign you out of the portal.
