Terms of service

Cue HR (Dorset, United Kingdom), operated by Kamila Matczak, is the data controller for the personal data described in this document.

These terms govern your access to and use of Cue HR services - the marketing site at cuehr.co.uk and the client portal. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Cue HR provides outsourced HR advisory services to UK SMEs, delivered through a bilingual (EN/PL) web portal. Services include employee record keeping, right-to-work compliance tracking, HR case management, document library, and support tickets. Advisory content is provided by qualified HR practitioners; it is not a substitute for legal advice.

Accounts

Client accounts are created by Cue HR staff after commercial onboarding. Employee-facing accounts, where offered, are provisioned by the client organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended and required for admin roles going forward.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access data belonging to another organisation.
  • Do not use the service to send unsolicited communications.
  • Kamila Matczak reserves the right to suspend accounts that materially breach these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Fees

Subscription fees are set out in your service agreement. Billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed. There is no minimum term of more than one month and no long lock-in - a defining commercial pillar of Cue HR. Refunds for partial months are handled case by case.

Advice disclaimer

HR advice delivered through tickets and cases is provided in good faith by qualified practitioners but does not constitute legal advice. Where a matter involves potential litigation, please engage a solicitor. Cue HR carries appropriate professional indemnity insurance; details available on request.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cue HR’s aggregate liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. On termination we will provide an export of your organisation’s data within 30 days and permanently delete it from active systems within a further 30 days, subject to statutory retention (HMRC 6-year rule, tribunal window).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the service.
