How it works

Three things come with every tier

Whichever tier you're on, you get all three. Two stay the same on every tier - advice and the document library. The third - hands-on hours - scales with the tier you pick.

01

Ask me as often as you need

This is never counted. Not at any stage, of anything.

Every call and message, from you or from anyone in your business you've asked me to support - a manager, a team lead, whoever's dealing with it.

Conversations before a meeting, so you know what you're walking into. Debriefs afterwards, when it didn't go the way you expected. Coaching a manager through something they've got to handle themselves. Quick questions, however many, however small.

There's no meter running. You never have to wonder whether something's worth the call - which matters, because the questions people don't ask are the ones that turn into problems.

02

The full document library

Take what you need. Nothing counts.

Contracts, offer letters, invite and warning letters, meeting scripts, file note templates and policies. Take whatever you need, whenever you need it. Using the library doesn't count against anything.

03

Then you get monthly hours

Hands-on casework, capped monthly by tier.

Hours cover the work I do away from our conversation - reading, drafting, sitting in the room with you. Standard letters from the library are included; anything that meant absorbing your situation counts.

What counts towards your capped hours:

A standard invite letter from the library is included. An outcome letter that required me to read forty pages of evidence and reason through it is not. The difference isn't the document. It's whether producing it meant absorbing your situation. You can always purchase more hours if needed at a discounted rate.

  • 01

Working through the detail - reading evidence and files, building chronologies, finding the gaps, and preparing hearing packs, bundles and question strategies

  • 02

Being in the room - investigation and witness interviews, hearings and appeals, interview panels, formal notes, and any dealings with the employee, their solicitor, occupational health or ACAS

  • 03

Writing and building things around your situation - investigation reports, improvement plans, outcome and dismissal letters with the reasoning, tailored policies, job descriptions and interview packs for a live vacancy, prepared manager training
